Undercover Prostitution Bust Nets Multiple Arrests At 2 Hotels Stafford: Sheriff Fugitives were among five people arrested in an undercover prostitution sting at two motels in Stafford County this week, authorities said. Stafford County Sheriff's Detective RJ Grella met a woman online on Dec. 12, and met up with her at the Staybridge Suites on Richmond Highway after a brief text exchange, Sheriff David Decatur said. Grella and patrol deputies made contact with the woman and found drugs in the room, Decatur said. Ellen Brandon showed clear signs of intoxication when a Stafford County Sheriff's deputy pulled her over after she ignored a bus stop sign around 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, Sheriff David Decatur said. A Stafford County sheriff's deputy spotted debris in the roadway from a damaged blue Toyota Camry around 4:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 11, Sheriff David Decatur said.
