A 28-year-old substitute teacher from Virginia was arrested on accusations she was drunk at work, authorities announced. Rhiannon Blakeman, of Leesburg, was intoxicated and found in possession of alcoholic beverages by a school resource officer around 1 p.m. in the Tuscarora High School cafeteria Wednesday, May 31.
