An argument on the 100 block of N. Fillmore Avenue in Sterling escalated, leading to the shooting around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, the county sheriff's office said. The victim and suspect had encountered each other before. The suspect fled the area on foot and was described as a Hispanic man approximately 20 or 23 years old, between 5’7” and 5’11” tall and weighing 130 to 140 pounds. Sterling Teen Charged With Shooting 3 People In Loudoun County: Police A Loudoun County teenager is charged with shooting three people last month in Sterling, police said.  The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office arrested the unnamed teen in connection with the June 11 shooting on N. Fillmore Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Three people were wounded in the shooting, and deputies said the teen targeted at least one of the victims, the Sheriff's Office said. Three People Injured In Loudoun County Shooting Authorities say three people were wounded in a shooting this weekend in Loudoun County, deputies said. Reports of shots fired came into the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office around 7:30 on Saturday, July 11, in the area of N. Fillmore Avenue and Fletcher Road in Sterling. Deputies found a woman on the ground with a bullet wound and took her to a hospital for treatment, officials said.
