Daycare Shooting Suspect Captured, Fairfax County Police Say A 41-year-old Arlington man wanted for shooting his estranged wife and her co-worker through a door at a Fairfax County daycare Wednesday, March 27 has been arrested after a more than four-hour search, police said. Julio Pascual Sejas was trying to speak to his spouse, or estranged spouse, when he shot three rounds through the door of the business on the 8500 block of Bauer Drive, FCPD's Deputy Chief Brooke Wright said.
