Fairfax House Fire Will Cost Family More Than Half A Million Dollars: Fire Officials A house fire that broke out in Fairfax over the weekend will cost the victims more than $594,000 in repairs, officials said.The blaze at the 8500 block of Grigsby Drive in West Springfield was reported around 4:25 a.m. on Sunday, July 10. Flames were showing on the first floor and roof, with no occupants inside Fairfax County Fire and Rescue reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation and no injuries were reported, authorities said.
