Drunken Driver Kills Sidewalk Pedestrian In Fairfax County, Police Say A 38-year-old man has been arrested in a deadly crash in which he struck a pedestrian on the sidewalk of a Fairfax County street, police said. Michael Rambudhan, 38, of Woodbridge, was heading north on North Kings Highway in Huntington, in a 2023 Acura MDX when he left the roadway, struck a median, and continued onto the sidewalk around 12:35 a.m. on Friday, May 24, county police said. Rambudhan's vehicle struck Lucius Gaskins, 54, of Alexandria, before hitting a tree. Gaskins was declared dead at the scene while Rambudhan suffered minor injuries, and remained at the scene.  …

DWI Driver Hits Loudoun County Police Car, Wrecks Her Own At Different Crash Scene: Cops A 21-year-old drunk driver has been arrested after a crash involving a police cruiser in Loudoun County over the weekend, authorities announced. Zoe Carll, of Centreville, struck the back of a Leesburg police car that was blocking the intersection of East Market Street and Prosperity Avenue SE for a separate crash investigation at 11:35 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, local police said. The cruiser, which had its emergency lights activated, as unoccupied at the time. Carll was charged with DWI.
