PWC Man Who Swung At Cop Swiftly Arrested: Police A 26-year-old man was arrested for attempting to assault a police officer in Prince William County, authorities said. Police were assisting at the scene of a person in crisis when Killian Mark Lang charged at an officer and then swung in their direction on the 4700 block of Charter Court in Woodbridge on Thursday, Sept. 14, county police said. The officer was able to block the strike to their face and Lang was detained without further incident.
