Police Helicopter Hones In On Gunman Shooting In, Out Of Virginia Home: Cops A 43-year-old Fairfax County man is in custody after he fired shots inside and outside of his own townhouse, police said. Mark Ellsbury was under the influence and shooting in and out of his townhouse on the 11900 block of Barrell Cooper Court in Reston when police were called to the scene around 1:35 a.m. Monday, April 8, according to Fairfax County police.
