Police ID Gunmen, Man Killed In Mass Southwest DC Shooting New details have been released after a mass shooting that left one man dead and five others injured inside a Southwest DC home on Tuesday. Shortly after 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 5, Assistant Metropolitan Police Chief Carlos Heraud said that officers rushed to the 200 block of M Street SW when they heard gunshots ring out.
