A man who threw a family member to the ground and assaulted her is facing charges in Prince William County following an investigation into a domestic incident over the weekend. Woodbridge resident Antonio Jose Guerra, 45, is facing charges following an argument that turned physical with a 40-year-old woman on Sunday night.
