Ronald Eduardo Palencia Garcia of Manassas turned himself over to police last week following a months-long investigation, Prince William County police said. The family member came forward in March and alleged that Palencia Garcia had abused them beginning in December 2015 multiple times while they lived in the same home, police said.
Officials charged Palencia Garcia with three counts of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of object sexual penetration, and indecent liberties with a child, police said. He was being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $7,500 bond, officials said.
