Manassas Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Child Family Member Over 6 Years: Police
A 39-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting a family member who was between the ages of 6 and 12 years old over a six-year period, authorities said. Ronald Eduardo Palencia Garcia of Manassas turned himself over to police last week following a months-long investigation, Prince William County police said. The family member came forward in March and alleged that Palencia Garcia had abused them beginning in December 2015 multiple times while they lived in the same home, police said.
