Cat Attacking People Near Dumfries Business Tests Positive For Rabies

A cat trying to attack people in Prince William County has tested positive for rabies.

The cat was going after people near the Jiffy Lube Multicare in Fraley Boulevard in Dumfries between Feb. 1 and Feb. 12, the county's bureau of animal services said.

Animal control officers was contained on Monday, Feb. 12 and tested positive for rabies, officials said.
