'International Fugitive' From Area Sentenced For Stalking Co-Working After Years On The Lam Authorities say that a Maryland man who spent more than four years as an international fugitive attempting to avoid prosecution for stalking a younger co-worker will spend less than a year behind bars after being tracked down and re-arrested. Washington County resident Ranjith Keerikkattil, of Catonsville, left the United States after being found guilty of stalking a junior co-worker before he was re-arrested four years later and sentenced to an 11-month prison term, US Attorney Matthew Graves and Metropolitan Police Chief Robert Contee announced.
