Richard Zajda, who suffers from Alzheimer's, vision impairment, and heart issues, was last seen by police on July 18, according to Virginia Beach Police. Police said they recently notified him that his license was suspended due to his medical condition. Authorities originally said that Ralph Ennis "fell over" when deputies arrested him for reckless driving in Fort Royal, Virginia in April.  However, the video shows one deputy running up to Ennis and throwing him against Ennis' red pickup truck.
