The 13-year-old Leesburg boy died earlier this month after a valiant three-year fight, his obituary said

He rarely complained about his disease. Rather, the teenager loved to hunt, fish, and play sports.

He's survived by his parents, Peter and Nikki Gorman, and sisters Ava, Chloe, and Kate, as well as many extended family members.

The family will hold calling hours on Tuesday, May 17, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home in Leesburg. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, May 18, at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church. A private burial will take place in Summerville, West Virginia.
