I-66 Crash: 2.7 Miles Of Traffic Delays In Fairfax County A crash on I-66 had traffic piled up for miles Wednesday evening, Sept. 13. The multi-car accident happened in the eastbound lanes at mile marker 60.4, just outside of Mantua.
