A 49-year-old man who police say attacked congressional workers with a metal baseball bat in Fairfax County was allegedly captured chasing a neighbor around with the same weapon hours earlier, according to recent news reports. Xuan-Kha Tran Pham was charged with one count of Aggravated Malicious Wounding and one count of Malicious Wounding, after the attack at Congressman Gerry Connolly's Main Street office in Fairfax on Monday, May 15, the US Capitol police said.
