A 17-year-old from Falls Church and an 18-year-old from Vienna, who was a 17-year-old at the time of the incident that killed Jonas Skinner and Braden Deahl, were arrested by Fairfax County police. The 17-year-old was charged with second-degree murder, felony murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and various weapons offenses.
