DWI Driver In Fatal Crash Slapped With Additional Charges: Fairfax PD A driver charged in a fatal crash in July is facing additional charges, Fairfax County police said. Benjamin Lopez Encinas, 33, of Woodbridge, was initially charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, but as of Monday, Aug. 14, faces  aggravated DWI manslaughter and felony hit and run.  Detectives served Encinas warrants on Sunday, Aug. 13. Fairfax Teen Fatally Struck By Car Had Dreams Of Becoming Nurse, Loved Ones Say Support was surging for the family of a 17-year-old Fairfax High School student struck and killed by a car this week. Lesly Diaz-Bonilla's dreams of being a nurse were cut short Wednesday, Nov. 16 when she was struck while crossing Columbia Pike from Barcroft View Terrace in Bailey's Crossroads just before 9 a.m., according to a GoFundMe launched for her family, and authorities.
