Teen Killed In DC HS Parking Lot Shooting With Students Inside: Police
Another young person in DC has become the victim of gun violence. A teenage boy was shot and killed in the parking lot of Theodore Roosevelt High School in Northwest DC by unknown assailants who fled the scene, according to Metropolitan Assistant Police Chief Morgan Kane. The shooting was reported at 2:24 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, in the 4400 block of Iowa Avenue NW, nearly an hour before students were to be dismissed from the building and classes were still in session.
