Arlington Man Charged In Fatal Hit-Run; Alcohol Believed To Be Factor: Police A 62-year-old Arlington man was charged after a fatal hit and run with a pedestrian, police said. At around 7:30 p.m. on August 1, Julio Villazon was driving near 2nd Street at South Old Glebe Road, when he hit a pedestrian with his car, according to the Arlington County Police Department. Police said the pedestrian, 52-year-old Viviana Lopez, was unresponsive at the scene and later died at the hospital from her injuries.
