Stumbling, Bumbling Repeat DUI Driver Tried To Blame Others For Virginia Crash, Sheriff Says A 39-year-old Virginia man tried to cast the blame on other drivers after allegedly causing a multi-vehicle crash while driving under the influence in Stafford County, the sheriff's office says.
