Winner, Winner: $1.3M Virginia Lottery Ticket Goes To Fauquier County Man Buying a Virginia Lottery ticket in Stafford turned out to be a million-dollar decision for a Fauquier County man. The jackpot in the Virginia Lottery’s Cash 5 with EZ Match game was higher than ever when Bryan Vaughan decided to get in the game.  The Midland man bought a ticket for the Nov. 9 drawing, at the Garrisonville Road Wawa in Stafford. Vaughan had initially intended to buy a scratcher ticket but decided to play Cash 5 with EZ Match instead.  One of those tickets ended up winning the record-setting $1,381,071 jackpot. “I’m still in disbelief,” Vaughan told Virginia…
