A District man who "shot multiple times in quick succession in (an) early morning attack" on Valentine's Day four years ago has been convicted of murder and assault with the intent to kill, federal authorities announced. DNA evidence has led to dropped charges for one man wrongly accused in a crash last spring that killed a Virginia dad, and fresh charges for another. A 55-year-old Woodbridge man had initially been accused of blowing a red light in a Ford F-150 pickup truck, killing passenger, 30-year-old Eric Kuhn on April 29 at the intersection of Old Bridge Drive and Colby Drive in Woodbridge, Prince William County police said. Justice may have been served 10 years after a Maryland man sexually assaulted a woman at a DC Metro Station. The man accused of being the Potomac River Rapist was found dead inside of his jail cell in Washington, D.C., according to multiple reports.
