DC Carjackers Busted By Police Helicopter Following Pursuit On I-695 A pair of carjackers attempted to make a great escape after an armed carjacking in Northwest DC, but did not make it far, according to authorities. Antwon Haynie, 25, and DaQuan Oden, 22, both of Southeast DC, are facing charges after members of the Metropolitan Police Department used a helicopter to track down the fleeing suspects.
