At around 1:45 a.m., the suspect approached the victims in the 900 block of 15th Street and threatened one of the victims with his weapon, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
The victims got into their car and the suspect threw a brick through the car window before fleeing the scene, authorities said.
Two of the victims were treated on the scene for non-life-threatening injuries, officials reported.
