Creep Targets Another Sleeping Victim To Sexually Assault In Arlington: Police

Police in Arlington County are on the search for the creep who broke into a woman's home and sexually assaulted her while she slept, and they believe the case may be linked to another similar one that happened earlier this month.

The horrifying attack happened at 4:45 a.m. on Wednesday, April 12, at a home on the 2200 block of Claredon Boulevard in Arlington's Clarendon-Courthouse neighborhood, county officials said.

The victim screamed and the suspect fled from the residence on foot. Detectives are investigating the incident as possibly linked to an incident which occurred on April 2 in the Ballston-Virginia Square neighborhood.

The suspect is described as a black male with an average build, between 5’8” and 5’10” tall, police said.
