Police have arrested an 18-year-old man in connection with a drug-related robbery that left two people dead on Memorial Day in Fairfax County, police said.
Vladimir Garcia Montes, 18, of Falls Church, has been charged with robbery resulting in death in the incident that killed Jonas Skinner, 20, of Ashburn, and Braden Deahl, 18, of Arlington County, the FCPD said.

Police say that speed and alcohol could have caused a fatal crash on Interstate-395 last week.
Virginia State troopers responded to the single-vehicle wreck early Friday morning, June 10, just before 1:30 in Arlington County, State Police officials said. A Chevrolet Camaro had skidded off the left side of the ramp, hit a curb, and tumbled.
