The VDOT site says the northbound crash happened near milepost 147.5 in Stafford, right behind the Stafford/Quantico Courtyard Marriott. Virginia State Police said it was a three-car crash with no injuries. Traffic backups were approximately 7 miles as of 1 p.m.
