Drunken Man Looking For Fights On Bus, Aggressive Thief Arrested In Fairfax, Cops Say Fairfax City police have announced the arrests of two people. Luis Hernandez, 26, and Youthana Inthirath, 54, were both arrested on June 10, police said. Hernandez allegedly swiped multiple items from CVS when he was confronted by an employee at the Fairfax Boulevard store, police said. Hernandez punched the employee multiple times, caused extensive damage to the store, and fled with stolen items, according to police. The plans include a concert venue with a maximum capacity of up to 4,100 people designed to attract musical acts and other forms of live entertainment; a 163-room hotel; luxury condos; a distillery; conference center and more. Threatening Message Found Written At Fairfax City Middle School, Police Say There will be an increased police presence at a Fairfax City middle school on Thursday morning after a threatening message was found inside the building. Shortly before noon on Thursday, Feb. 2, the Fairfax City Police Department issued an alert to the community advising that students at Katherine Johnson Middle School on Jermantown Road will be met with an increased police presence throughout the rest of the day to allow officers to investigate. Missing 81-Year-Old Found After Disappearance (Update): Police Fairfax City police were searching for a missing senior citizen, officials said.Keith Proudfoot, 81, was last seen at 5 p.m. on Sept. 21 in the 3400 block of Andover Drive, according to the Fairfax City Police Department. He was reported to be found on Sept. 22 in the afternoon, police said.

Missing Fairfax Teen Found Safe The 14-year-old girl who went missing early Monday July 11 has been located and is safe, police said.  Daniela Pavon-Albright was last seen around 3:30 a.m. wearing a black sweatshirt with an orange ‘V’ on it and black shorts, Fairfax City Police said.
