Manassas 23-Year-Old Strangles Victim In Late Night Argument: Police A Manassas man was arrested for his violent behavior during an argument with an acquaintance, officials said.On August 11 at around 2:30 a.m., officers responded to the Barrington Apartments located in the 10600 block of Blendia Lane, where they discovered that a 23-year-old female victim had been strangled and pushed to the ground, according to the Prince William County Police Department.  The suspect who assaulted the woman, 23-year-old Osman Salguero Jr., prevented the victim from escaping and beat her before he eventually let her leave, police said.
