Prince William County Native Joseph Gallihugh Dies, 44 Manassas native Joseph Gallihugh died on Wednesday, July 19, according to his obituary. He was 44 years old. Affectionately known to some as Jojo or simply Joe, the Stafford resident was a member of International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 10 since 2001.
