Sometime before 6:45 p.m. on July 26, Demetrius Mills exposed himself twice to a woman and a juvenile in the clothing section of Walmart, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
Later that night, officers located Mills nearby and he was charged with two counts of indecent liberties and two counts of indecent exposure, officials reported.
Law enforcement said this is not Mills' first instance of indecent exposure.
Police are looking for more information and potentially more victims from incidents on July 24 and July 25 at the same Walmart and the area of Tysons Square Shopping Center, authorities said.
Mills was held at the Adult Detention Center without bond, according to police.
