Three Men, Woman Injured In Quadruple Southwest DC Shooting: Metropolitan Police Three men and a woman were shot over the weekend in a quadruple shooting in Southwest DC on Sunday night, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Shortly before 9 p.m. on April 7, officers were called to the 100 block of Elmira Street SW, where they found four people suffering from gunshot wounds.  Each was conscious and breathing, police say, and they were taken by paramedics to area hospitals for treatment and evaluation of their injuries. Deadly Pre-Dawn Crash Closes I-95 In Prince William County (Update) A fatal crash closed I-95 in Prince William County early Monday, April 8. It happened near milepost 151.1 on the northbound side between Dumfries and Triangle around 3:30 a.m., when a GMC pickup truck and Kia SUV collided, police said. The GMC overturned as a result of the crash, and a passenger was ejected. The passenger died at the scene. As of 5:50 a.m., the north left shoulder, left lane, center lane, and right lane were closed. Traffic backups were approximately 4 miles.  Virginia State Police were investigating.
