An investigation into an alleged sexual assault landed a man behind bars in Prince William County, authorities announced on Thursday. Woodbridge Jhalil Malik Hardin, 24, was arrested on Oct. 24 following a months-long probe into an alleged incident involving a 26-year-old woman in July. Police say on Wednesday, July 24, Hardin sexually assaulted his victim, and grabbed her neck while doing so.
