Known Trespasser Served On Eight Outstanding Warrants In Stafford County, Sheriff Says A man no stranger to members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office is back in custody after being arrested for trespassing and served on nearly a dozen outstanding warrants. Jalil Berryman, 35, a known trespasser, was back at it again on Monday night, and despite his best efforts, once again found himself in handcuffs after attempting to evade a quick-thinking deputy who was wise to his plan.
