Hackensack Man Dies In Route 80 Crash A 66-year-old Hackensack man died in a crash on Route 80 in Bergen County on Friday, Nov. 15, police said. Wayne Duncan was heading west when his Lexus veered off the roadway to the right and struck the guardrail at milepost 61.4 in Elmwood Park around 12:51 p.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. The vehicle then crossed all lanes and collided with the center concrete barrier. As a result of the crash, Duncan succumbed to his injuries.  The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information is available.
