'True Predator': VA Sexual Battery Suspect Was Getting More Brazen With Every Crime, Cops Say
Police have identified the 20-year-old sexual battery suspect captured in a string of sex attacks across Northern Virginia.
Hien The Dienh, of Stafford, VA, was being held without bond on charges of sexual battery and abduction with intent to defile, Fairfax Police Chief Kevin Davis said. More charges are forthcoming.
Dienh, incapable of controlling his own inhibitions, was continually getting more brazen, Davis said.
He was returning to the same communities, with pedestrians nearby. Had he not been caught, his crimes would be getting worse, the chief said.

To many, Nelson Casillas' presence was a safe place.
It's no wonder the 31-year-old Virginia dad worked in law enforcement, loved ones say: He was a comfort, a confident, and instantly put those around him at ease.
If you knew Nelson, you knew he'd be there for you.
But Casillas, a Washington DC police officer, died on Wednesday, June 7, in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 95, leaving the world a little bit grayer.

Steven Humphries of Triangle, VA died on April 21, 2023. He was 31 years old.
"Those who knew Steven, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives," his obituary reads. "He brought much laughter and joy to everyone he met, and he will be missed tremendously."
