Fugitive From DC Wanted In Prince George's Caught In Calvert County, Sheriff Says A 32-year-old District man wanted on multiple open warrants in Prince George's County was apprehended in Prince Frederick on Tuesday, authorities announced. On Aug. 6, deputies from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office Warrant/Fugitive Unit arrested Dimitri Carswell, who had been wanted on multiple charges in Maryland. According to investigators, Carswell was wanted in connection with two armed robberies, two armed carjackings, and other related offenses. Anthony Hill, 28, pleaded guilty in Calvert County Circuit Court to his role in the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Dakarai Milburn in the Yardley Hills neighborhood in Prince Frederick on Aug. 1, 2023, authorities announced on Monday.
