A pair of brothers from Woodbridge led Stafford County Sheriff's deputies on a chase along Interstate 95 after a theft at Walmart, authorities said. The driver of a tractor trailer hauling several hundred bags of concrete suffered a medical episode and died on Interstate 95 in Virginia, authorities said. The vehicle was heading north on Wednesday, Oct. 11 when the driver began suffering a medical emergency, causing him to run off the road in Stafford County near mile post 146, Virginia State Police said. 31-Year-Old Man Struck, Killed Walking In I-95 In Virginia: Police
A 31-year-old man was struck and killed by a car on Interstate 95 Friday, Oct. 28 in Prince William County, police said. Jamel Terell Tanner, of Dumfries, was in dark clothing and walking in the roadway when he was struck by a 2013 Hyundai Sonata exiting to eastbound Dumfries Road around 9:45 p.m., county police said. The driver of the vehicle remained at the crash scene while Tanner was rushed to the hospital, where he died. Speed and impairment did not appear to be factors in the collision on the part of the driver. The investigation continues.

Police released the name of the 24-year-old man who was hit by several cars and killed early Friday morning in Fairfax County. Keith Thomas was walking along Richmond Highway near the on-ramp for Interstate 95 in Franconia just before 1:30 a.m. when a 2005 GMC Sierra crashed into him, the Fairfax County police said.
