Tractor Trailer Driver Hauling Several Hundred Bags Of Concrete Dies On I-95 The driver of a tractor trailer hauling several hundred bags of concrete suffered a medical episode and died on Interstate 95 in Virginia, authorities said. The vehicle was heading north on Wednesday, Oct. 11 when the driver began suffering a medical emergency, causing him to run off the road in Stafford County near mile post 146, Virginia State Police said. The vehicle struck a guardrail and the driver was taken to Mary Washington Hospital, where he died.  Several hundred bags of concrete spilled into the roadway and blocked several travel lanes.
