'Partially Unclothed Man' Arrested For Exposing Himself To Pair In Virginia, Police Say A 54-year-old Manassas man is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself to a teen girl and a man in Prince William County, police say. Officers were called to thee 10000 block of Lomond Drive on Wednesday afternoon, where there was a report of Michael Scott Jenkinson exposing himself to a teen girl and 32-year-old man. Police say that the two spotted Jenkinson partially unclosed, exposing himself, and he was ultimately taken into custody by investigators who responded to the area. Woodbridge Man Caught Breaking Into Building: Police Police said they caught a Woodbridge man red-handed earlier this week when they found him skulking inside a business in the middle of the night.  Hernandez Fuentes, 21, tripped the alarm when he broke into Nationwide Security in Woodbridge a little after 3 a.m. on Sunday night, May 22, Prince William County police said in an incident report. When officers arrived they found Fuentes inside the building.
