The man who inappropriately touched a child and took her photo inside a Fairfax County store without consent has been locked up, police say. Reston resident Arturo Elmore-Adon, 25, is behind bars following the investigation into an alleged sexual assault that was reported over the weekend. An Emmy-nominated journalist from Virginia has pleaded guilty to child porn charges more than a year after a raid of his home and subsequent resignation.
