Stafford County Deputies Had Busy Weekend Busting Drunk Drivers: Police Stafford County deputies were out in force over the long holiday weekend and on the lookout for drivers who partied a little too much and made the poor decision to get behind the wheel of a car. Here are some of the many DUI arrests the Stafford County Sheriff's Office made during Fourth of July celebrations.  Jason Baird, 36, was arrested on Saturday, July 2, after he crashed his Toyota into a pole and a fire hydrant before he slammed into a tree on Mountain View Road, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said.
