Brandon Extecoc Santos, 20, of Parkville, was arrested on Friday, April 19, in connection with the "street takeover" Easter Sunday, Fairfax County police announced.

An additional three people have been arrested in connection to racing incidents dubbed “street takeovers" in Connecticut, according to police.
