'Culinary Delight': Best Bagels Found At This Long Island Deli, Voters Say
There’s a new bagel king of Long Island.
Blazin Bagel and Deli – located in Manorville at 287 Wading River Road – was voted best bagels for the 2024 Bethpage Best of Long Island survey.
“Boiled and baked to perfection, Blazin Bagel’s creations boast a delightful balance of chewiness and crispness, creating the ideal bagel texture,” reads the consensus. “Complemented by a selection of artisanal spreads and toppings, each bagel is a culinary delight.”

A bagel shop with a slight misnomer is heading to another Massachusetts town.
NYC Bagel Factory, which, surprisingly, has no locations in New York, announced that it will open its fourth Massachusetts location in Newton later this year.
The new spot will be located at 839 Washington Street, the bagel shop said in a Facebook post.

Lenny's Bagels, eponymously named after owner Lenny Damato, has used the same Manhattan bagel recipe for 35 years at its Rye Brook and Pelham shops.
Its process involves steaming uncooked bagels before they are baked.

'The Simpsons' Lovers Behind Union County Bagel Shop D'OH Are Anything But Average
D’OH Bagels in Rahway is anything but your average breakfast joint. The mom-and-pop shop opened its doors in the summer of 2017 and makes each item fresh in-store each morning.
The shop’s name, of course, is an homage to the Simpsons as well as a quirky play on words.
