The incident happened shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, in Eastport, at the intersection of Montauk Highway and South Bay Avenue. Manuel Roias, age 51, of Miller Place, was arrested on rape and related charges Thursday, Sept. 21, following an investigation by the Riverhead Police Department.
