Second York College Student Found Dead In Dorm A York College Freshman who was found unresponsive died on Thursday, Nov. 17, authorities say.  Ryan Heflin, of Norristown, was found in his residence hall Thursday afternoon and later pronounced dead, according to Richard Satterlee, dean of student development and campus life. His death is not considered suspicious, Satterlee says.  Heflin had been majoring in sports media. US Marshals Nab 18-Year-Old For IPhone Armed Robbery In Central PA An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery, police say. Kylee Nickico Davenport of Harrisburg is accused of robbing a man of his iPhone while displaying a handgun near York College around 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Apr. 26, according to a release by Spring Garden Township police. He had last been seen riding a bicycle on Grantley Road heading towards the Rail Trail, and on May 9, a warrant for his arrest was issued.
