Popular PA Cafe Owner Dies In Crash Into Tree: State Police The owner of a once popular, but recently shuttered, cafe died in a car crash on Wednesday, January 11, authorities announced the following day.  Tiffany A. Munro, 44, of Halifax, was driving a 2002 Volkswagen Coupe south at a “high rate of speed” when she lost control of her vehicle, left the east side of the roadway, and crashed into a tree in the 600 block of North River Road in Halifax Township around 2 p.m., according to Pennsylvania state police. Unbelted York County Man Dies In Single-Vehicle Crash On I-83 In Manchester Township A York County man died from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle crash along Interstate 83 in York County on Wednesday, according to the York County Coroner's Office. Brian Miller, 54 of Conewago Township, was traveling on I-83 South near mile marker 23 when he swerved off the highway to the right, got back on crossing both lanes of traffic and hit a jersey barrier, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Coroner IDs Unbuckled Woman Who Died In Head-On York Crash A woman was killed in a head-on collision in York County on Sunday. Around 11 a.m. a woman failed to stop at a stop sign at while driving at the intersection of Lombard and Kendale roads, according to the coroner’s office. The York County Coroner was called to the scene, where the female driver was pronounced dead at 11:33 a.m. The coroner has identified the victim as Joyce Seitz, 85 of York Township.
